Since most of you are in lands far, far away, Devlin and I thought the best way to keep you all informed and up-to-date on Little Levin was to create this blog. We hope you enjoy!

Back to my old tricks!

What a week! Raleigh has been recovering from his ordeal well and every day is a little bit better than the last. That darn croup is nothing to mess with! It wasn't until today (Saturday) that he truly started acting like himself. I believe this pic was taken on Wednesday when Raleigh still wasn't feeling well.

Here he goes....back to normal!

It doesn't take any time at all for him to stand up. In fact, he spends most of his time on his feet these days! He even stands on his own (no hands) for a few seconds at a time before plunking back down on his butt!

Playing with his singing table. Daddy put new batteries in it so it no longer sounds like a movie in slow motion....

Look at that little face....don't you just want to eat it up!

His singing alphabet train is still his favorite toy by far.....

He uses it to practice standing and we have recently taught him how to put the blocks in the chute so they slide down the hole to the caboose.....

Here he is pushing one down!

Very proud of himself!

I'll be walking in no time!

And another one down!

Oops! I go boom! (that's what we say when he falls down)

Back to it!

Here is Kentucky tantalizing the babe. They play well together. They will be great friends. :)

We had our 9 month check up on Wednesday since we were at the Doctor anyway for a follow up appointment. Raleigh is now in the 60th percentile for height! Go Raleigh! However, he is in the 20th percentile for weight. Go figure! We thought he was a chunker monker but turns out, he's just long and lean. We have also been cleared to start him on table food, very, very mushed up table food that is. Tonight he had shake n bake chicken! Mama mushed it up real good in her mouth first. Gross!

You like my new froggy pajamas?

Just look at what this child is capable of.....

Yup....

He's a rebel. Uh oh....now what? One footed escapades! I think he's trying out for the Chinese acrobats!

It's definitely time for a baby gate. Raleigh climbed one stair by himself (with supervision of course).

I go boom, again!

Here's my smart boy picking out a toy from his toy bin....

Of course, his favorite toy is his shoe!

Tasty....
