Since most of you are in lands far, far away, Devlin and I thought the best way to keep you all informed and up-to-date on Little Levin was to create this blog. We hope you enjoy!

4 Months Old

We had a big crazy week in more ways than one! Raleigh got his second cold and spent Wednesday at the doctor and home with Papa. Devlin also picked him up early on Thursday and had to take him BACK to the doctor on Friday because his congestion seemed worse. It's just a common viral infection but he's got a nasty cough to go along with it. Poor boy. He's starting to feel better and hopefully will be back to normal by Monday. We knew to expect lots of germs at daycare but this is ridiculous! We are now looking for an "occassional" babysitter who can show up on short notice to be with him when he is sick.
Our courtyard is being installed as we speak! It will be completed today, fire pit and all! Can't wait to enjoy some smores with you all (maybe next Thanksgiving at the Levin's again?) We chose a redish/grey paver called south beach and dark granite trim. Pictures to follow....
But the BIGGEST accomplishment of the week....Raleigh has started flipping from his back to his tummy! Yay! He did this for the first time yesterday and has mastered it since. He now will immediately flip over when you lay him on his back. Incredible! He is going to be crawling so early, I just know it. Time to baby proof the house. Geez!

We went to look at exer-saucers, so they are called. They are a stationary type of toy where the baby can spin around in the seat and play with all sorts of toys/activities. Well we fell in love with this baby einstein exer-saucer "bouncer". This version allows him to bounce as he plays instead of just sitting stationary. He is loving it! It's seriously got all the bells and whistles. We went to two targets and two walmarts to find this thing because it sells out so quickly. We ended up buying it online.

So intrigued!

"Wow! What's THAT thing!"

"Squishy!"
