We had a very relaxing weekend here at the Levin house. One of the things we accomplished was putting together Raleigh's activity gym complete with mirror and hanging animals that make noise! He seems to like it for short periods at a time. I think he will like it more as he is able to grab and shake the hanging toys. For now, he gazes at himself in the mirror and makes faces.

We did a lot of veggin' out this weekend. Here is Papa and Raleigh watching TV.
Here is me grilling some squash and zucchini after I had marinated them in olive oil, balsamic, and a basil paste. These are the beginning ingredients to my all time favorite pizza....
Wheat crust brushed with garlic and olive oil, grilled squash and zucchini in basil sauce, fresh sliced tomatoes, and feta cheese. Bake for 10 minutes and enjoy! (You can find the basil paste in most super markets usually by the lettuce and mushrooms.)
