I know a lot of the pictures I post of Raleigh are him sleeping but he sleeps all the time! And....he's peaceful this way! When this child wakes up from a nap and is hungry, he will start crying before he even opens his eyes. As soon as you give him his food he turns back into a sweet pea. Crazy.
I meant to post this pic from Thanksgiving. What a perfect pumpkin! Can't wait till next Halloween. I found a hamburger costume at old navy that I can't wait to put him in. Is that cruel? Probably so. But the way we do food in this house, it only seems right that Raleigh contribute in some way!
Raleigh is such a baracuda (that's what they call babies that come out of the womb making sucking faces) that his jaws are strong enough to hold his bottle! We have had some issues with breast feeding and are having to pump and give him the breast milk in the bottle. I am on my second course of antibiotics and hopefully when we are all healed up we can try it again.
Marmie and Grandpa Joe made the drive to see us and meet Raleigh. They brought him his own hooded bath towel with his name "Prince Raleigh" embroidered on the hood. Too precious! I'll get a pic of him in the towel next bath time.

Dev and I decided to get out of the house for an hour on Saturday so we bundled the babe up in his fleece monkey jumper and headed downtown. We walked down Broughton street and stopped by Jens and Friends so they could meet the babe.
We also stopped by our Scotish pub, Molly McPherson's where Dev and I had our first date. We had to get a picture with the new addition. We sat in the very stools behind Dev back in 2005 and had black velvet beers. And that was that!
