Look at this little hamhock! That's the nickname this week for Little Levin. Not the prettiest name but we think it fits! We had our 12 week doctor appointment this morning and were shocked to see how much Little Levin has grown! You can see the head, arms, torso, belly, legs, feet, and thighs (hence the little hamhock!). He/she was even moving around and had one of the hands above its head. So cute. The heart rate was 171 which is great. Speaking of boy or girl....our OB/GYN got a new 3D ultra sound machine which allows you to tell the sex of the baby 4 weeks early, at 16 weeks instead of 20 weeks. It's not covered by insurance but if its somewhat affordable, we will find out the sex next month! Make sure you take the poll and let us know if you think we're having a boy or girl.
Look at that sweet baby. My vote is that Little Levin is a boy. That's the same heart rate Sam had. I know you will be happy with a boy or a girl. Tell him we love him already...or her. :)
